Stacy received a BFA in Acting from Boston University. A few of her acting credits include shows at Barrington Stage Company, North Shore Music Theater, The Voice of America Theater with Bill Pullman and Boston Playwrights Theater. Stacy has starred in several films including the indie hit, “Murder Party“, released by Magnolia Pictures and the Cannes Award Winning film “Blue Ruin“. Also a singer/songwriter, Stacy took some time off of acting and toured the country several times playing hundreds of shows in support of her debut album, One Way Home. She has been compared to a baffling variety of artists including Tom Waits, Feist, Jeff Buckley, Regina Spektor, Aimee Mann, Stevie Nicks and even Queen. Gabriel Levitt of Brooklyn’s Jezebel Music wrote that her live performances are “unequivocally enchanting”. She is a two time award winner of the AscapPlus Award for accomplishments as a songwriter and was the resident piano player at NYC’s Monkey Bar for two years. She recently fan funded her second album through the great platform of Kickstarter.
Stacy recently took a break from acting and music to spend time with her first child (born 2/12/12). In the summer of 2013, she moved to Los Angeles and now works full time as a musician. She is currently seeking a team based in LA to represent her for film, television and stage.
